Floyd County Animal Shelter
Founded in 1986 as the Dewey Dam Dog and Cat Protection Society Inc., which now operates as the principal animal shelter in Floyd County, Kentucky.
FCAS realized the potential ASMI had for pets under their care and for all others, and proudly partnered with ASMI’s founding members to host the future permanent home of ASMI.
